I’ve been a stage hand, farmer, graphic artist, printer, sales manager, entrepreneur, social media marketer, downhill skier frisbee golfer, and have even slung mortgages.

I try and pull articles and resources together in this blog that theatrical and live entertainment practitioners deal with on a regular basis. Mostly I focus on the soft skills. The skills that no one tells you about but are just as valuable as knowing how to run a sound board if not more so. Like understanding the return on investment of college for the stage technician or why you SHOULD share your salary and pay information with your co-workers. Not everyone will agree with the practicality of these soft skills which is fine. This blog isn’t for you. This blog is for people who want to keep expanding their brain and increase their marketability beyond technical skills.
